I have been working with Bambini ELC for over 10 years, enjoying various roles which have provided me with a great understanding, knowledge and experience. Building strong relationships with families and staff has always been my main focus.

During my time with Bambini, I have worked hard to foster a strong ethic of working hard as a team and striving for excellence in delivering a professional service of the highest possible quality.

I’m passionate about connecting and building strong relationships with children and their families, achieving the best outcomes for all and building a strong community.

I am fortunate to lead a team of experienced, passionate and highly qualified early childhood educators who strive to have strong and genuine partnerships with our families and local community. The care and bond that the educators build with each child is evident in each learning space as you see the children’s voices and see them confident to make choices in their play. We look forward to meeting you and your children and working together to form a strong, long-lasting relationship through your child’s early years!

I have been with the Bambini family for over two years and I am very excited to continue my journey as a Curriculum Coordinator and Assistant Manager at this beautiful centre.

My background in teaching has given me valuable insights into the needs of children, educators and families. I am passionate about supporting my team and exploring ways to blend learning based on children’s interests with intentional teaching that is age-appropriate, enjoyable and engaging for the children. I firmly believe that the classroom is the child’s third teacher.

I am dedicated to assisting educators in creating aesthetically pleasing spaces that reflect the children’s identity and culture, while also stimulating their curiosity and natural desire to learn.
